He served as Director of a post-adoption mental health clinic and is a nationally recognized speaker on adoption topics. Ron integrates evidence-based practices with specialized knowledge of adoption-specific concerns, helping families build resilience and healthy relationships. Description: The adoption constellation includes all individuals whose lives are forever connected through adoption – adoptees, adoptive parents, birth parents, siblings, and extended family. This constellation creates unique relationship dynamics that require specialized understanding. Participants will discover why traditional approaches often miss the mark with constellation members and learn adoption-informed strategies that honor the complexity of these lifelong connections. The session provides practical tools for navigating ongoing relationships, grief experiences, and identity questions that emerge throughout the adoption journey.
