Description:This class examines how trauma, neglect, and disrupted relationships can impact attachment in children and youth in foster care. Foster parents will learn to recognize signs of attachment difficulties and explore trauma-informed approaches to building trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting healthy emotional development.
***Please Note: This support group will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
