Four Part Series
The Resilience Series is a dynamic four-part program designed to strengthen the five core pillars of resilience: Self-Awareness, Self-Control, Optimism, Flexibility, and Relationships. Each session introduces practical, easy-to-use tools that build on one another, giving participants a complete resilience toolkit to develop each pillar, stay focused under stress, adapt to challenges, and foster stronger connections in all areas of life.

Andrew Pierce, Resilience Expert
Andrew has trained tens of thousands of people in resilience, including elite Army Soldiers, educators, teens, resource parents, and professional athletes. As the Director of the nonprofit “IBounce Up”, co-founder of the baseball training program “Mindful Player”, and founder of “Bounce Resilience Training”, Andrew has dedicated his life to spreading resilience education to resource parents, those in addiction recovery, schools, and individuals in need throughout Hawaii.

Note: While you are welcome to register for each individual part, if you register for part 1 you will automatically be enrolled in all parts.
