Andrew has trained tens of thousands of people in resilience, including elite Army Soldiers, educators, teens, resource parents, and professional athletes. As the Director of the nonprofit “iBounce Up”, co-founder of the baseball training program “Mindful Player”, and founder of “Bounce Resilience Training”, Andrew has dedicated his life to spreading resilience education to resource parents, those in addiction recovery, schools, and individuals in need throughout Hawaii
Description: Working with youth can come with setbacks, challenges, and tough moments. This session
teaches caregivers how to shift their perspective and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. Participants will
learn how to model optimism in a realistic and grounded way. This helps build hope, consistency, and
positive influence in the caregiving environment.
