Online | The ART of Inclusive Communication
In partnership with the National Conflict Resolution Center
Instructors: Representative from National Conflict Resolution Center
Description:This interactive workshop helps participants explore how personal and cultural identities shape communication and can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, caregivers learn to recognize communication breakdowns as they happen, respond proactively, and create more inclusive, respectful interactions across differences in culture, gender, race, generation, and lived experience. The training also provides tools for addressing harmful or biased comments in a safe, constructive way, strengthening connection and understanding within diverse environments.
