Description: This workshop highlights the importance of caregiver mental health when caring for children impacted by trauma and loss. Using an adoption-informed, trauma-responsive approach, participants will learn practical strategies to manage stress, grief, and emotional fatigue, set healthy boundaries, and build resilience while supporting child safety and family stability.
