 ental health clinic and is a nationally recognized speaker on adoption top
 ics. Ron integrates evidence-based practices with specialized knowledge of
  adoption-specific concerns\, helping families build resilience and health
 y relationships. He continues to serve the adoption community through Fami
 lyHealer.tv providing resources and tools for families and professionals.\
 n\nDescription: This workshop highlights the importance of caregiver menta
 l health when caring for children impacted by trauma and loss. Using an ad
 option-informed\, trauma-responsive approach\, participants will learn pra
 ctical strategies to manage stress\, grief\, and emotional fatigue\, set h
 ealthy boundaries\, and build resilience while supporting child safety and
