Meets every 2nd Monday of each month Leader: Lisa de las Alas Topic: This workshop will help resource parents understand the effects of trauma on birth parents and what those traumatic experiences can result in; such as difficulty in keeping themselves and their children safe, coping in unhealthy ways, or having a hard time controlling their emotions, etc. This workshop will help resource parents understand the importance of working together with birth parents and establishing a good relationship that promotes child safety, permanence, and well‐being.
