This course will inform parents of the importance of keeping themselves and their children active for at least an hour each day. Parents will learn diﬀerent forms they can help their children stay active even with today’s COVID‐19 pandemic. They will be informed about the safety measures one can take to maintain an active lifestyle and avoid health complications associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Parents will also be introduced to the last two components of the 5 210 message. 1 hour physical activity and 2 hours or less of screen time.

***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
