DESCRIPTION:This course will inform parents of the importance of keeping t
 hemselves and their children active for at least an hour each day. Parents
  will learn different forms they can help their children stay active even
  with today’s COVID‐19 pandemic. They will be informed about the safet
 y measures one can take to maintain an active lifestyle and avoid health c
 omplications associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Parents will also be i
 ntroduced to the last two components of the 5 210 message. 1 hour physical
  activity and 2 hours or less of screen time.\nRegistration will close on
  Tuesday\, April 19\, 2022 at 7 am\n&nbsp\;\n***Please Note: This class wi
 ll be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and 
 access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.\nThe
