Knowledge Exchange- a friendly, feel-good space where foster, kinship, and adoptive caregivers can gather, learn, laugh a little, and leave with tools they can actually use. This group is a chance to swap stories, ask questions, share “what works,” and pick up practical strategies for supporting children who have experienced trauma, loss, or big life changes. Come join us, bring your questions, and enjoy a community that understands the journey and is here to cheer you on along the way.
Topic: This class is based on the film of the same name and looks at a true story of how trauma affects children’s ability to transition into adulthood with unresolved trauma. It describes why Complex PTSD affects every aspect of a child’s life, which in turn affects their ability to make positive life decisions.
For our training & support meetings, all participants must have their cameras on, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to join the sessions.

We kindly request that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For privacy, we recommend using the blur feature instead.
