Description: This workshop will help families to understand that healing unhealed wounds within diverse family systems requires acknowledging intergenerational trauma, understanding its impact, and actively breaking negative cycles. By actively addressing these aspects, individuals and families can begin to heal from past traumas, break negative cycles, and build more fulfilling relationships.
