Online | HOPE for Resource Families
Instructors: Amy Isiaho, Policy Analyst
Description: This training introduces the HOPE Framework (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) and how resource families can use positive experiences to support healing, resilience, and healthy development. Instead of focusing only on trauma and challenging behaviors, HOPE helps caregivers recognize and intentionally create moments that strengthen a child’s sense of safety, connection, emotional growth, and belonging.
Amy Isiaho serves as a Policy Analyst for the Child and Family Well-Being Department in San Diego County working to develop community-supporting initiatives. With 14 years of experience in child welfare, she has held roles in both direct practice and administrative capacities across agencies in San Diego and Texas.
