  training introduces the HOPE Framework (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Ex
 periences) and how resource families can use positive experiences to suppo
 rt healing\, resilience\, and healthy development. Instead of focusing onl
 y on trauma and challenging behaviors\, HOPE helps caregivers recognize an
 d intentionally create moments that strengthen a child’s sense of safety
 \, connection\, emotional growth\, and belonging.\nAmy Isiaho serves as a 
 Policy Analyst for the Child and Family Well-Being Department in San Diego
  County working to develop community-supporting initiatives. With 14 years
  of experience in child welfare\, she has held roles in both direct practi
 ce and administrative capacities across agencies in San Diego and Texas.\n
