Online | Awakening Joy in Difficult Times Via Mindfulness

Awakening joy starts with the intention to be happy. We don’t need to wait for pleasant moods or until certain conditions are met in our lives to make us feel joyful. Rather than postponing our happiness it can be found in each moment, regardless of our circumstances. In this class participants learn to place well‐being at the center of their lives in the here and now. Students will be encouraged to set a personal intention to incline their minds towards happiness and well‐being and experience meditation as a path towards inner peace and happiness.
