Online | Awakening Joy in Difficult Times Via Mindfulness

We know from neuroscience that taking in what’s good in our lives and practicing gratitude can significantly raise our happiness level. Participants will be guided through meditations and receive instructions for cultivating joy and well‐being in their lives. The intention of the class is to connect each participant with the joy and well‐being that naturally resides within each of us. We don’t need to depend on others to make us happy or become consumed by negativity when life feels overwhelming and stressful.

***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
