 We know from neuroscience that taking in what’s good in our lives and pr
 acticing gratitude can significantly raise our happiness level. Participan
 ts will be guided through meditations and receive instructions for cultiva
 ting joy and well‐being in their lives. The intention of the class is to
  connect each participant with the joy and well‐being that naturally res
 ides within each of us. We don’t need to depend on others to make us hap
 py or become consumed by negativity when life feels overwhelming and stres
