Topic: Self-Care for Caregivers- This workshop will teach parents about the importance of self‐care and how it relates to parenting and managing stress and provide examples of self‐care. Parents will also learn to identify, recognize, and understand stress levels and how to minimize their toxic effects.
Registration will close on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 7 am
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
