Barb Clark is a speaker, coach, trainer, CEO of FASD Mosaic, adult living with FASD, and mother of a child with FASD. Known for her honest, down-to-earth, and humorous approach, she has trained thousands of professionals and caregivers across the U.S., Canada, and beyond, helping them better understand challenging behaviors through compassion, brain science, and lived experience. Drawing from both personal and professional insight, Barb is deeply committed to helping families move from surviving to thriving.

Description: Caring for individuals who have experienced trauma is both profoundly rewarding and deeply exhausting. It demands patience, flexibility, and an endless well of compassion—qualities that can only be sustained when we also care for ourselves. This keynote invites caregivers and professionals to pause, exhale, and reconnect with the three anchors that keep us steady through it all: humility, humor, and hope.
