Topic: This workshop will teach parents about the importance of self‐care and how it relates to parenting, managing stress (coping with daily stress and frustration), and provide examples of self‐care activities. Parents will also learn tips to identify, recognize, and understand stress levels and how to minimize its toxic effects.
