Online | Mindfulness For Deep Relaxation and Well‐Being
Part 1 of the Mindfulness series
Mindfulness is the practice of being present to one’s experience with loving attention, which studies have shown helps reduce stress and promotes wellbeing. Participants will be introduced to a variety of Mindfulness teachings. Students of Mindfulness report greater levels of calm, peace and contentment as they engage with these practices. Each class includes a talk, guided meditations and an invitation to reflect on one’s experience.
