Foster to Forever- A welcoming space for foster and adoptive families to connect with others, share experiences, talk through the foster/adoption journey, and support one another while waiting for a foster or adoptive placement.
Topic: Adopted children and adoptive parents don’t always see adoption in the same way. Issues that adoptees struggle with may be difficult for adoptive parents to understand. As children change and grow and they understand more about their birth story, there may be a lot of questions. We will discuss the top 10 things your kids want you to know and how to help them (and yourself) through the process of growing up in an adoptive family.
For our training & support meetings, all participants must have their cameras on, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to join the sessions.

Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
We kindly request that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For privacy, we recommend using the blur feature instead.
You cannot take this class in a vehicle.
