Based on the book by Richard Bass, this workshop will provide information about signs and symptoms of autism, common misconceptions, life through the eyes of your child with autism, how a diagnosis is made, local specialists, support that is available, advancements in understanding autism and the brain, 6 types of treatment, and 20 games you can play at home to help social skills.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
