Description: Transitions are an unavoidable part of the foster care experience. Explore strategies for minimizing the trauma and creating successful transitions for infants and children. This training will help participants understand the impact a move has on children, develop strategies to create good transition plans to lessen the trauma experiences, and recognize the impact of loss. This training is designed for resource parents as well as social workers.
