In Person | Embracing Your Child’s Heritage Part 1 & 2
If you are taking the class as a required adoption class, you must take both parts, and together they count as only one of your two adoption classes
You will receive a certificate for each of the two parts, each giving you 3 hours of education credit (6 hours if you take both parts 1 and 2 of the series)
You must register for each part separately
Description: Especially relevant for those who plan to adopt cross-culturally, this class will broaden your awareness of race as an ongoing issue of an individual’s development and as part of an adoption.
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. The email will provide you with the date of the class, as well as the time and location.
Please note that no childcare is provided or available on-site. Do not bring babies or children to class.
Light breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
