
Online | QPI – Merry Mindfulness: Balancing Family Traditions and Present Safety

Description: This class explores how the holiday season can bring up feelings of grief, loneliness, anxiety, and loss for children and youth with a history of trauma. Participants will learn trauma informed strategies for navigating holiday expectations, traditions, and family connections while creating supportive experiences for youth in care. The class will also emphasize the importance of caregiver self-care during the holiday season.
In-person attendees will receive a light brunch and caregiver gift.
Childcare will also be available in-person.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated in person and on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend virtually.
