Description: Parenting children does not have to be a stressful experience. In fact, parents who lighten up and laugh and play with their children and family can create a feeling of well‐being in the entire household, deflect hostility and use humor to ease conflict. Plus, it is said that a sense of humor is one of the most important human qualities. Humor is not only good for your physical and emotional health, but it helps to build positive relationships with your children, partner, friends and even your coworkers. Come learn about the importance of how play and laughter can not only help children heal form trauma, but build relationships.
