Description: This class provides foster parents with an understanding of how trauma and early stress affect infants and young children. Participants will learn the basics of infant development, attachment, soothing techniques, and responsive caregiving. The training also covers how to recognize signs of trauma in babies and toddlers while building nurturing routines that support healthy emotional and physical development.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
