Description: This class helps foster parents understand how trauma affects a child’s brain, behavior, emotions, and development. Participants will learn how traumatic experiences can impact attachment, learning, emotional regulation, and relationships at different ages and stages of development. The training provides practical, trauma-informed parenting strategies to help children feel safe, supported, and connected while promoting healing and resilience in the home.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
