In Person | Building Bonds (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) (Modules 1 & 2)

Description: The Building Bonds Program, offered in partnership with the YMCA of San Diego County, is a trauma-informed, early-intervention training designed to support caregivers navigating mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges with their children.
Grounded in evidence-based practices and a neuroscience-informed, relational approach, this four-module series equips caregivers with practical tools to foster felt safety, emotional regulation, healthy attachment, and stronger family connections.
Childcare (In-Person Session Only)
On-site childcare will be provided in partnership with the YMCA.
During registration, participants must indicate the number of children needing care and their ages so appropriate staffing and space can be arranged.
