Drawing from his lived experience, Isaac creates impactful conversations around race, identity, and adoption, helping parents and child welfare professionals better understand the unique challenges and joys of transracial adoption and fostering.

Join this webinar with Isaac Etter as he shares his personal experience of growing up as a Black adoptee in a white family. Participants will gain insight into racial identity development, how thoughts and beliefs shape parenting actions, and practical ways to support their child’s identity. The session will also provide age-appropriate strategies and conversations to guide families at every stage.
