Description: The National Conflict Resolution Center’s (NCRC) “Communicate to De‐Escalate” training teaches folks successful de‐escalation strategies and prepares them to navigate difficult conversations while promoting safety, respect, and dignity for everyone involved. By de‐escalating tense situations, folks can slow down, reduce, and prevent further conflict and harm.

Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
