Online | Mindfulness As A Foundation of Awakening Joy in Difficult Times

Mindfulness is central to Awakening Joy. It has the unique quality of developing all healthy states of mind that lead to happiness, such as kindness, compassion and generosity, and weakening all negative, unhealthy states that lead to unhappiness, such as anger, greed and confusion. In this class, students learn mindfulness techniques that increase happiness and enjoyment of life.
