Early child care educators are at risk of experiencing the toxic stress that comes with working with children and families impacted by trauma. This 2 Part training assist providers in fostering a greater understanding of trauma-informed care and gaining the knowledge necessary to combat burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue. This training will show you how easy and effective a few well-designed self-care tools can be in helping you manage your emotions, maintain your clarity of mind, boost your energy, and keep you feeling both productive and fulfilled. 6 hours
