Description: Parents, caregivers and teachers serve as role models for children. This is especially true when it comes to managing emotions and understanding feelings. Conscious Discipline is a comprehensive social‐ emotional and classroom management program that uses everyday life events to teach children and adults self‐control, conflict resolution, character development and social skills. Conscious Discipline supports first teaching ourselves about self‐control and self‐regulation, and then teaching children.
