Children with sensory processing disorders have difficulty processing information from the senses: touch, movement, smell, taste, vision, and hearing. We will explore the role of sensory perception in a child’s growth and development. We will compare the traditional stages of pre‐natal development and what impact teratogens may have upon developing sensory systems. Learn how to identify delays and seek out services to maximize the child’s potential. We will use activities to help caregivers experience first‐hand the impact of delays in sensory perception. Participants will also learn how adapt parenting techniques to meet your child’s sensory processing issues.

Registration will close on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 7 am
