Supervising Visits as a Resource Parent: The purpose of this workshop is to educate Resource Parents on the rules and regulations around supervising visitation with birth parents. This workshop will cover- California requirements for visit supervision, provider duties, keeping kids safe during visits, and answering common questions about visitation rules.
Registration will close on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 12 pm
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.
Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
For our support group meetings, all participants must have their cameras on, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to join the support group sessions.
We kindly request that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For privacy, we recommend using the blur feature instead.
You cannot take this class in a vehicle.
