This group will cover all parts of the foster/adoptive journey, including supporting reunification and kinship placements, keeping connections, the court process, working with the social workers, and adoption.

Concurrent Planning- Concurrent planning is a process that involves developing two simultaneous plans for a child in foster care in California:
- Reunification: A plan to help the child return to their parent
- Legal permanency: A plan for legal permanency if reunification is not possible
How is this done and what does it look like in our homes?
