Instructor: Robin Thompson, MSW Description: Parenting is a very emotional experience. There are good days but also tough days. Our children and our interactions with them can trigger certain emotions in us. Our reaction to these emotions can cause us to make poor parenting decisions or act in ways we later regret. It is important to remember that all emotions are acceptable, but all behaviors are not. Learning to stay calm is key. Join us to learn ways to be a calm parent when dealing with your children. ***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.
