Sleep Problems
This course explores four types of sleep problems with children: Roaming, Depression, Nightmares/Night Terrors, & Sleeping Alone. The course will identify four types of sleep problems in children, describe a bedtime routine, list four strategies to help a child who is unable to sleep alone feel and be safe, describe the difference between nightmares and night terrors, know when to seek professional/medical help for a child with sleep problems, list the warning signs of depression in children, and identify five simple strategies to help a child with sleep problems.
