Online | Southeast Support Group: My Goal this Year is to Survive
Meets every 4th Thursday of each month
Leader: Brenda Jones
My Goal this Year is to Survive: As caregivers, we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves, whether we realize it or not. In addition, the pressures of caring for someone else’s child and working within a system that can be stressful, even some of the small imperfections during the day equate to our shortcomings in our own minds. Some days, weeks, or even years won’t be record‐breaking. Days, weeks, and years are meant to be survived, appreciated, and be in the moment. This workshop will discuss ways to prioritize what really needs to be done and how to minimize outside pressures.
Registration will close on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 12 pm
