Have you ever wondered why people abuse drugs and alcohol? Mary Hubbard, a CA licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LAADC) will discuss myths about addiction as well as the bio-social-psycho aspects of addiction. She will provide information about recent trends and the most commonly abused drugs and provide participants with the opportunity to engage in open discussions and get their questions about addiction answered.
