Online | Options Support Group: Self-Care for Caregivers
Meets every 1st Wednesday of each month

Self-Care for Caregivers: This workshop will teach parents about the importance of self‐care and how it relates to parenting, managing stress (coping with daily stress and frustration), and provide examples of self‐care activities. Parents will also learn tips to identify, recognize, and understand stress levels and how to minimize its toxic effects.
(The Options for Recovery Perinatal Program is for caregivers caring for children ages 0 to 60 months who are drug and/or alcohol exposed and/or HIV-positive. Options Caregivers receive 35 hours of specialized training and qualify for 48 hours of monthly respite.
