Online | New! Evening Support Group – Chula Vista: My Goal This Year Is to Survive

01/03/2022 | 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Type of Class

Meets every 1st Monday of each month

***No meetings in July & September 2022**

Leader: Shayna Hazlett

Topic: As caregivers we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves, whether we realize it or not. In addition, the pressures of caring for someone else’s child and working within a system that can be stressful, even some of the small imperfections during the day equate to our shortcomings in our own mind. Some years aren’t meant to be record‐breaking. Some years are meant to survive. This workshop will discuss ways to prioritize what really needs to be done and how to minimize outside pressures.

Registration will close on Monday, February 03, 2022 at 7am
