Instructors: Carrie Collins & Patty Boles, Resource/Adoptive Parents
Caring for a child with FASD can be particularly demanding due to a range of challenges including intellectual deficits, learning disabilities, hyperactivity, attention and memory issues, difficulty managing anger, and problems with problem‐solving. When these challenges are compounded by adverse childhood experiences and trauma, parenting can become even more complex. Join Resource Parents Patty Boles and Carrie Collins in this essential training session, where they will offer practical tips, techniques, and strategies, drawing from their own personal experiences to help navigate the complexities of FASD.
