Online | How to Establish Social Media Safety and Awareness with your Foster/Adoptive Youth
According to some studies, “90% of teens ages 13‐17 have used social media” and “two third of teens have their own mobile devices with internet capabilities”. Teens and young children can be exposed to “dangerous people, harmful or inappropriate content (e.g. sex, drugs, violence, etc.), cyberbullying, identity theft, and hacking.”
