Topic: This workshop will inform parents about the importance of self‐care, which includes utilizing Respite Care and Child Care, and how it relates to parenting and managing stress (coping with daily stress and frustration). This workshop will also provide examples of self‐care activities parents can easily do and use on a daily basis, and with their children too. Parents will also learn tips to identify, recognize, and understand stress levels and how to minimize its toxic effects and understand how their stress can impact others in the home too.

***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
