As Caregivers, we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves, whether we realize it or not. Add to that outside pressures of caring for someone else’s child and working within a system that can be stressful. Small imperfections during the day equate to our shortcomings in our own mind. Some years aren’t meant to be record-breaking. Some years are meant to survive. This workshop will discuss ways to prioritize what really needs to be done and how to minimize outside pressures.
