Dissociation in Children and Teens: This workshop will help Resource Parents understand what dissociation is, why it happens in children with trauma histories, and how we can parent effectively. Learn more about trauma and dissociation in children, discover how to recognize dissociation behaviors, and find ways to help support and heal children who dissociate.
***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the Zoom platform.
Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
For our support group meetings, all participants must have their cameras on, regardless of whether they are seeking credit or not. This requirement is designed to encourage full engagement and connection among participants, fostering a more supportive atmosphere within our community. Please note that individuals unable to participate with their cameras on will not be able to join the support group sessions.
We kindly request that participants avoid using distracting virtual backgrounds. For privacy, we recommend using the blur feature instead.
You cannot take this class in a vehicle.
