An opportunity to meet with other prospective adoptive families to share experiences, discuss the adoption process and provide each other with support during the period awaiting an adoptive placement

Topic: Getting that call about a potential child can be very emotional and exciting. Families who are waiting may want to say yes to any child they are called about or may be too afraid to say no because of fear of not getting another call. Come learn about the best questions to ask and why it is important to get as much information up front before you make this life‐changing decision. You want to make sure the child you are called about is the best match for your family and that you are the best family for that child.

***Please Note: This class will be facilitated on the online platform called Zoom. Internet access and access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone is required to attend.
